Partners warrant to us that all contact data provided has been lawfully collected with appropriate consent for SMS marketing communications. We rely on this warranty.

As part of our DBR service, we send SMS messages to individuals in partner databases using AI-assisted technology. These messages:

• Are sent on behalf of the partner business, identified by the partner's business name
• Include a clear opt-out mechanism ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe") in compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
• Are sent only to individuals in databases provided by our partners, who have warranted that marketing consent exists
• Are sent from a dedicated Australian mobile number (long code) purchased on behalf of the partner business — this enables genuine two-way conversation and does not require ACMA Sender ID registration, which applies only to one-way alphanumeric sender IDs

7. Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with:

• Technology providers: GoHighLevel (CRM and SMS platform), Twilio (SMS delivery), and OpenAI (AI processing) — all engaged under appropriate data agreements
• Our partner businesses: who originally provided the lead data

We ensure that third-party service providers handle personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs.

Personal information is stored within GoHighLevel's platform infrastructure (US-based servers). We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Whilst we take all reasonable steps, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Lead data provided by partners is deleted or returned upon termination of the partnership agreement.
